Capital City: Black District

Black District is also called "Misery" building, inside is a thick white mist that cast across the floor.

This is one of the Capitals four buildings that is mainly filled with dark tinted lights that flash in different colors (red, black, purple) the scenery is victorian era. The feel that souls of the dead linger through here. The building within also has a long outstretched counter where one can sit down along with many other and be served at the bar singular or couple booths, the roof of the building is said to be the place where many have committed suicide be it by hanging, by jumping, even by slitting their own throats. This place has been labeled Misery exactly for this reason and it's bad vibe that has cloaked this place. There's  saying the longer you remain here the closer you're driven to take a life, and your own.
