A tremendous city floats above the sky's of WORLD N. This city is the only visible light that comes from the dark thick skys. It's surface immediately produces a Non-Ultraviolet Lighting that provides a soft toned illumination to be cast upon the World N.
In this capital city like no other, the world is in fast motion. The glares and wind is all that can be truly seen to the regular eyes, by the citizens move to rapid to even ever be seen or heard. The buildings are massive and contain different series of districts. Their are four main buildings that plunge into the universe, they say during war it activates and allows the Members of World N To Appear on World Z. But when non-active, they stand as the capital buildings.
1)"Red district" is the district of Lust and Greed.
2)"Cyan District" is the district of eternal festivities.
3)"Black District" is the district of Death and Gore.
4)"White District" is the district of emulated.
In the entrance of the Capity city called Velocity, is the Main Street.
The main street is empty and has a long road with many arch lights that flood the street since this city is pure dark and it's only true source is the light provided by the buildings and street archlights. The Capital is not completely safe but it is a place of luxury and pain mixed together. Velocity is also called the "Immortal City" , death cannot find you in such a dark place.
